2 ‑ Full Time ‑ HumanResources Advisor

Human Resources

Under the supervision of the Manager, Human Resources, the HumanResources Advisor provides generalist

support in all areas of Human Resources and OrganizationalDevelopment as part of the employee experience. The

HR Advisor will use their skills to develop collaborative andproductive relationships with managers, colleagues, and

employees. This position requires a dynamic individual who enjoysa variety of task‑based responsibilities, yet is able

to thrive within a people focused environment. As an example, theywill be one of the first people that new employees

will meet during their orientation to the Hospital. Their energy,pride, and professionalism during new hire orientation

will help set the tone of the employee experience and ultimately patientexperience. This individual will be someone

who does not accept the status quo, and has the vision to take anexisting process or task and make it better. They

will be expected to generate their own amazing ideas that willbuild and nurture a workplace where employees and

teams can thrive.

Employment Requirements :

Education / Experience :

  • Post secondary education in Human Resources discipline
  • Must have minimum 2 years experience working as part of a HumanResources team
  • Experience using a computerized human resources / payroll systemand reporting software preferred

Skills / Abilities :

  • Must be proficient in keyboarding and the use of MicrosoftOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), e mail and calendar
  • scheduling

  • Must possess superior interpersonal skills and demonstratedability to function as an effective team player
  • Demonstrated excellence with attention to detail, timemanagement, critical thinking and customer service
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, verbal and writtencommunication
  • Ability to work in a confidential setting independently
  • Ability to proactively problem solve
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments, prioritize activities ina fast paced organization
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond toquestions from leaders and employees
  • Assets :

  • As a Designated French Language Facility bilingual(French / English) communication skills are an asset
  • HRIS and data analytics experience
  • Salary Range : $38.815 to 45.664
