In your role as the Senior Analyst, Retail Technology Solutions for the North West Company (NWC) you will provide technology support service to all NWC banners to ensure highest service standards – including system / server builds, in-store data communication diagnostics, data balancing / recovery activities – all managed remotely. You will also be involved in various project activities including Service Request fulfillment as well as participation in major store upgrades and / or new store openings.
