Job description

Staffmax is assisting our Winnipeg client with the hiring of  Bilingual Customer Service Coordinators  to facilitate day-to-day interactions with clients. This full-time, Monday to Friday position is located in central Winnipeg, and offers benefits and perks, as well as a great introduction into the Benefits industry through a growing company!

Job Requirements :

  • You must have a demonstrated ability to communicate in written and verbal English and French
  • Experience in fast-paced, solution-oriented customer service (such as retail, restaurant, or call centre) is required
  • The ability to work from multiple programs and information sources in real time is required
  • The ability to interpret complex inquiries and make empowered, effective decisions based on available information is required
  • Independent time-management and the ability to multi-task are essential
  • You must have experience staying calm and working for a solution in sensitive, confrontational and sometimes uncomfortable situations
  • A prior knowledge of insurance and benefits industry is an asset
  • Commitment to ongoing improvement and learning is essential
