YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST :
Enter invoices from vendors received via email and code invoices accurately for processingSend invoices for approval and ensure timely follow-upProcess and issue cheque paymentsPerform daily bank deposits and handle debit and credit process efficiently.Perform data entry related to inventory management.Work with departments across regions to manage AP-related requests.Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.Manage general office administration duties including handling phone inquiries and general information requests, greeting clients and visitors.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN AN ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST :
Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting (Qualification Level 1-2)2-3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts payable.Proactive communicator with strong problem-solving abilities.Deep understanding of AP processes and best practices.High attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Performs well under tight month-end deadlines.Strong team player with a willingness to work together toward goals.Comfortable interacting directly with clients and maintaining a client-focused approach.
