Job description

MaxSys is currently recruiting a full-time detail-oriented dispatcher for our client in the Moncton area. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and dispatch services while working diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and be capable of multitasking.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes :

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Must have previous dispatching experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices
  • Experience with dispatching software or similar systems considered a strong asset

Duties will include, but are not limited to :

  • Monitor the progress of ongoing service calls and provide updates to clients as needed
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Provide general administrative support to the team such as generating reports and data entry
  • Maintain accurate records of all service requests, dispatches and technician activities

    • Details :

  • Monday- Friday from 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
  • Candidate will be responsible for covering other dispatchers vacation time, shift coverages will be evenings and overnights.
  • 20.00 / h + vacation pay, paid out weekly
  • Must have a clean criminal record
