Our large integrated energy client is seeking a permanent employee to join their team as a Sr. SAP Functional Analyst to support Oil and Gas downstream Product 2 Cash business process (S4SCSD).
Successful candidate must come into the office downtown Calgary 5 days / week.
Qualifications : Must Have :
Must Have :
- 5+ years SAP experience supporting Oil & Gas business processes (Downstream and / or Upstream)
- Strong knowledge of SAP Secondary Distribution ( SD) with some exposure toSAP S / 4HANA Supply Chain for secondary distribution ( S4SCSD )
- Strong knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM)
- Business and technical hands-on experience in either Retail Fuel Network Operations (RFNO) business process knowledge and / or SAP IS-Oil Management
- Agile experience with delivery into enterprise organizations
Nice-to-have :
- Experience supporting the fast-paced world of commodity trading
- Experience supporting business partners utilizing the S4SCSD SAP S / 4 landscape in the areas of Retail / Wholesale, Operational Master Data, Scheduling, Commercial Transaction Execution Capture, Secondary / Logistics Costs Sales & Distribution
- Understanding of any of these modules : Trader's and Scheduler's Workbench (TSW), Transportation and Distribution (TD) Shipment, Hydrocarbon Product (HPM) and Exchanges, CPE and BRF+
- Knowledge of BTP, ABAP coding and debugging
- SAP certifications
- A related bachelor’s degree in business management or computer science
Responsibilities :
- Support this large company’s Oil and Gas downstream Product 2 Cash business process focused primarily in business processes specific to S4SCSD
- Manage the SAP function of CPE and BRF+ and general pricing for Sales and Distribution and Purchasing
- Translate user’s requirements into a Functional / technical specification for configuration
- Resolve complex business / system problems either individually or by leading a team
- Participate in the design, development, testing, implementation, and utilization of new business processes / solutions
- Coach and train Business end-users hands-on system skills
- Collaborate within an Agile team contributing to the planning and prioritization of work
Compensation : Enjoy a healthy base salary with high likelihood of stock options and an annual bonus between 15-20+%.
