Job Description
SES & technologies ltd. seeks the services of a Technical Sales Manager, for full-time employment.
You will be working as part of our sales team, carrying out the following activities :
- Manage and support sales team members, suggest solutions to enhance work organization for team,
- Liaise with sales team members and colleagues from other departments,
- Coordinate customers’ technical and non-technical issues,
- Identify opportunity to improve sales, review and verify sales contracts,
- Respond to customer service, sales and support inquiries, both written and over the phone,
- Participate in preparation of sales and marketing materials,
- Work closely with management to develop and implement strategic plans.
Requirements
- Capability to take decisions on your own,
- Very good knowledge of English due to documentation and communications with customers who are about 95% outside Quebec
- Acceptable written and spoken French,
- Technical and business awareness,
- Ability to independently learn new products and technologies,
- Excellent management skills.
Knowledge of other languages, and software programming skills are all considered advantages, but are not required.
