Job Duties :
- Responding to client requests and onsite emergencies
- Face-to-face customer service to clients, the public, and those working inside the building
- Ensuring the security of all personnel, visitors, and the public
- Inspecting & patrolling premises
- Monitoring property access
- Investigating and reporting suspicious behavior, incidents, and security breaches
- Enforcing client-informed policies
- Communicating with law enforcement, emergency medical personnel, and fire departments
- Responding to alarms
- Other duties to be completed as assigned
