L’étendue de ses responsabilités comprend, les retours d’articles en magasin, les commandes spéciales, les commandes avec installation et les commandes en ligne. Ils / elles ont aussi la charge de traiter les appels en magasin, ainsi que de répondre aux demandes des clients qui se présentent au comptoir du service à la clientèle en magasin.
