About the Opportunity

• Daily management of all aspects pertaining to commercial leases

Handling lease setup

Ensure that rates, square footages and all applicable calculations are correct

Data Management

Provide quality control for all aspects of the lease documentation set-up process.

About You

University or College degree or equivalent experience.

Must be comfortable working in-office 5 days per week

Minimum of 2 years’ commercial lease administration experience

Yardi experience

Pay Range : 68,000
