Temporary position (maternity leave replacement), full-time, 32 hours per week, days and evenings, Sunday to Saturday and every other weekend. ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES : Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and the codes of ethics Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations Create and maintain metuculous notes in the residents Dossier in accordance with the requirements of the Ordre des Infirmiers et Infirmières auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ) Promote and advocate for proactive care among residents Respond to all emergency situations EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS : Collect degree in nursing (DEC) or a proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in health care assistance, nursing Ease in the use of computer tools Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset Know Symo software (an advantage) At lease 3 to 5 years of experience in nursing Member of the OIIAQ BENEFITS : Salary to be discussed Free parking Uniform provided Referral Program Sick days and time off for family obligations Employee Assistance Program Vacation Career Opportunity Welcome and integration Program JOB STATUS : Temporary : Full Time JOB SCHEDULE : Day time
