If you are passionate about technical analysis, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional solutions to customers while leveraging your expertise in the automotive and warranty industries, then your next challenge is right around the corner at Fix Network !

The daily road of a Warranty Resolution Specialist at Fix Network

Review and analyze warranty claims and supporting documentation submitted by customers or insurers.
Assess repair issues using technical tools, including image analysis, reports, and repair estimates.
Determine whether warranty concerns comply with applicable guidelines.
Work with the Image Desk team to clarify repair-related questions.
Escalate complex cases to the Operations team with clear documentation and recommendations.
Act as the technical point of contact for insurance companies, ensuring smooth communication.
Provide timely updates to customers on the status and outcomes of their warranty claims.
Identify recurring warranty issues and suggest improvements to minimize future escalations.
Assist in developing resources and training materials to enhance the technical understanding of the Customer Service team.

The pilote we are looking for :

College diploma in a related field

3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry or warranty management

Bilingualism (French and English) required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with insurance companies or claims processes

Proficiency with warranty management tools and imaging software
