Overview

NL Health Services (NLHS), on behalf of NL Digital Health, is issuing this RFSQ to pre-qualify vendors for an upcoming Request for Proposals (RFP) for Project Managers. NL Digital Health anticipates the need for 3–10 Project Managers to support various projects. Project Managers will report to Project Delivery Managers and work collaboratively within assigned teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Managers will be responsible for :

• Leading project planning, execution, and completion while aligning with organizational goals.
• Managing project schedules, costs, resources, risks, and reporting.
• Overseeing risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Facilitating stakeholder collaboration and change management.
• Delivering key project documentation, including status reports, risk registers, project charters, and communication plans.

Qualifications & Experience

Required :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).

Minimum 5 years of direct project management experience, including :
