Job Description

  • Perform business analysis activities to assess the current and future states of ASHC, housing providers, and related stakeholders;
  • b) Coordinate the implementation of ASHC's Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Microsoft Dynamics, software solution;

c) Coordinate the development of changes in Microsoft Dynamics, that will be required as a result of new interface requirements to the GOA 1GX solution

d) Provide change management support associated with the Microsoft Dynamics upgrade to v9.0 and any Divisional Red Tape Reduction strategies that need to be

supported within the HOME application.

  • e) Define technical projects plans and work with Application Development team to coordinate execution of delivery;
  • f) Coordinate project plans with other ministries and / or enterprise components for the integration processes with the Government of Alberta's 1GX project;
  • g) Elicit, document and analyze business, stakeholder, and solution requirements from internal and external stakeholders;
  • h) Create acceptance criteria, test plans and develop test cases for solution enhancements and / or during the evaluation of potential solution components;
  • i) Maintain and enhance existing business architecture as changes to organizations, processes, business rules and systems occur;
  • j) Design processes as required to assist in the delivery of operational support for

  • information technology solutions;
  • k) Design and coordinate the develop of reporting and business intelligence solutions

    as needed to address information requirements; and

    l) Coordinate the implementation of ASHC's Housing Digital Services project.

    Skill set info

    Extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 customer engagement solutions

    Should possess at least 10 years of experience in each of the following areas : (Required)

    Demonstrated experience in developing current and future-state business architecture models, including requirements, business processes, business rules, information models, and organizational models, specifically for case management applications.

    Proven experience working with enterprise-class Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software products.

    Expertise in data conversion from legacy systems to new systems, including the development of data conversion plans, defining conversion threshold metrics, and planning go-live transitions to operational status.

    Experience designing and implementing process improvements across large organizations, including coordinating the decommissioning of business applications and their integrated systems.

    Demonstrated experience in a project management role, including managing project timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure successful project delivery.

    Experience leading change management initiatives and creating communication plans to support organizational transitions and adoption.

    Experience integrating systems with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform.

    Demonstrated expertise in developing advanced analytics, dynamic reporting solutions, and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

    Education

    Diploma or Degree in a Business and / or Information Technology-related field

    Work Hours

    The Contractor is expected to work on-site and collaborate with other staff and contractors as needed, with a requirement to provide monthly written status updates. Although the contractor's primary work location is not restricted to 44 Capital Boulevard in Edmonton, Alberta, they must adhere to regular business hours. However, the Contactor is not required to work out of 44 Capital Boulevard, Edmonton Alberta.Office space, a desk, and the necessary hardware and software for on-site work will be provided by the Corporation. However, for any offsite work, the contractor must use their own hardware, as the Corporation will not supply equipment for remote work.
