As an administrative professional at Nova Scotia Health, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of our healthcare facilities and contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to various departments within Nova Scotia Health, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
- Act as the primary point of contact for communication via telephone and in person to patients, public, unit staff and other Nova Scotia Health departments.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and special projects as assigned.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries from patients, staff, and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills.
- Utilize computer software and office equipment to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment

Proficient in Microsoft programs like Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, or similar office software, your adeptness with these tools is essential to your role. You possess a keen eye for detail and excel in building and sustaining positive working relationships, fostering effective collaboration.
