  • As part of your role, you will :

  • Lead the establishment, planning, and delivery of IT infrastructure, services, and processes including those for architecture, security, and disaster recovery that align with HyLife business objectives across all global locations.
  • Lead the establishment, planning, and delivery of enterprise application services including managing integrations and data flows, master data management, business analysis, and oversight of development roadmap.
  • Oversee overall technology risk management ownership including Cybersecurity.
  • Delivery of telecommunications infrastructure and development plans for HyLife globally
  • Be responsible for financial budgeting, tracking, and reporting on Capital, Operational, and Staffing expenditures for technology across all business units.
  • Align strategy with CI departments and build strong interdepartmental relationships throughout HyLife.
  • Oversee IS projects including new implementations or upgrades of existing systems.
  • Hire and develop IS staff to align with HyLife’s needs.
  • Keep current with the latest technologies and solutions that may be leveraged by the business.
  • Negotiate and administer contracts and service agreements with vendors and consultants.
  • Establish and foster industry connections.
  • Establish, plan, and deliver Industrial Computing services and systems across all locations, with a specific focus on HyLife SCADA systems and plant operational SCADA management
  • Work between locations, with a potential for a semi-remote role.
  • To succeed in this role, you must possess :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in IS leadership.
  • Extensive experience with large-scale enterprise IS projects.
  • Strong understanding of systems architecture.
  • Hands-on experience in analyzing, designing, maintaining, and implementing IS infrastructure, including solutions from Cisco / Meraki, Microsoft, Citrix, Nutanix, Nimble, etc.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Effective communication of strategic intent and IS concepts to non-IS business leaders.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, including communication, influence, negotiations, conflict resolution, people management, and relationship management (internal and external).
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment and lead change initiatives.
