Construction / Masonry Labourer ($24-$28 per hour based on experience and attitude)

Work Shift : Mon - Fri, 7 : 30 am - 4 : 00 pm (Permanent Full Time)

About You and the Role :

You have experience working in different trades (masonry, construction, landscaping etc.)

You were successful in previous positions by being organized, with strong eye-hand coordination and an excellent work ethic

You are physically strong and able to perform the physical requirements of the job

You would like to grow into a seasoned mason one day

You are punctual, excellent at time keeping and personal organization is a requirement

Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to :

Provide support to the masons

Accurately mix mortar while maintaining timelines

Site management & site set up and clean-up

Keeping track of tools and materials

You will learn to anticipate the needs of the masons and over time your training will increase to allow you to develop in the trade. To be successful in this role, you will take direction well, be able to learn our techniques and have a true appreciation for the heritage work we create. You arrive on site early, display dedication and consistency. You are diligent without being managed.

The successful applicant is required to have steel-toed boots and basic hand tools, and must be able to lift 50 lbs without assistance.
