Job descriptionE.I.T. or P.Eng. registered with APEGA, or C.E.T. registered with ASET Minimum 3 Years as a Project Manager managing similar projects (Bridges / Water) Proficient in English Strong technical knowledge of Civil Construction in Alberta 5+ Years previously as a Project Coordinator or similar Role Bluebeam / CAD experience Client / Owner or Consultant References 110k to 180k per year plus profit sharing 5% RRSP matching Health Benefits
Alberco Construction is a General Contractor focused on the Bridge and Water Infrastructure industry. Our office is located in St. Albert, Alberta. In addition to General Contracting, Alberco self-performs cast-in-place concrete.
Alberco completes projects in the Edmonton, Red Deer and northern Alberta areas. Our projects range from $10k to $150M.
Alberco is currently looking for a Project Manager as described below.
Work Responsibilities
The role of the Project Manager at Alberco is Start to Finish on our projects :
- Estimating
- Bringing on Subcontractors, Issuing Subcontracts
- Budgeting, Procurement, Cost Control, Scheduling
- In-house temporary works engineering (if applicable)
- Monthly Reporting
- Commissioning
