As part of the Alabaster Group of Companies—a prominent real estate developer in Vancouver—Pavilion Cowork offers an elevated shared office experience, designed for professionals seeking a dynamic, sophisticated environment. We are committed to fostering community and creating inspiring spaces for our members. Since launching in 2019, Pavilion has expanded to two prime locations in Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant neighbourhood, with additional locations coming soon. Pavilion Cowork offers beautifully crafted private offices, exclusive member events, and top-tier amenities. This position is 100% onsite.
Position Summary
The Regional Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the success of multiple coworking locations, ensuring exceptional service and hospitality, optimizing location operations, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to balance operational efficiency with an outstanding member experience.
Service & Hospitality
- Uphold and enhance the member experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement at 2-4 Pavilion Cowork locations.
- Own the overall member experience at 2-4 Pavilion Cowork locations.
- Set the standard of excellent service and relationship building with members, partners and stakeholders.
- Build strategic partnerships with third parties to create events and collaborations for the mutual benefits of the Alabaster Group of Companies and third parties.
- Organize and manage occasional special events, conferences and community building functions.

Various other ad-hoc responsibilities as required and assigned.
