Since launching in 2019, Pavilion has expanded to two prime locations in Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant neighbourhood, with additional locations coming soon. Pavilion Cowork offers beautifully crafted private offices, exclusive member events, and top-tier amenities. This position is 100% onsite.

Position Summary

The Regional Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the success of multiple coworking locations, ensuring exceptional service and hospitality, optimizing location operations, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to balance operational efficiency with an outstanding member experience.

Service & Hospitality

  • Uphold and enhance the member experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement at 2-4 Pavilion Cowork locations.
  • Own the overall member experience at 2-4 Pavilion Cowork locations.
  • Set the standard of excellent service and relationship building with members, partners and stakeholders.
  • Build strategic partnerships with third parties to create events and collaborations for the mutual benefits of the Alabaster Group of Companies and third parties.
  • Organize and manage occasional special events, conferences and community building functions.

Location Operations

  • Ensure that all aspects of the physical are kept to a standard consistent with the Pavilion brand;
  • Train and mentor on-site teams to deliver best-in-class service, handling escalations and member concerns proactively; at 2-4 locations.
  • Manage the location specific team to ensure the effective execution of daily operations; at 2-4 locations.
  • Manage the hiring, onboarding, training and continued mentorship of the location specific team.
  • Manage the billing, reporting, office systems, software, scheduling, staff planning for Pavilion.
  • Develop, implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) :
  • Assessment of existing procedures and structure;
  • Development of strategic plan, goals, resources, KPIs, budget, schedule;
  • Task Hierarchy Plan : refinement of job descriptions and task prioritization for each team member; overall responsibility matrix;
  • Support with creation of Pavilion SOP Manual based on findings above;
  • Provide staff development and training; and
  • Implement reporting on implementation and regular reporting on KPI’s.
  • Sales

  • Support sales program by performing tours, and liaising with external commercial brokers.
  • Manage member relationships; from onboarding to contract renewals.
  • Various other ad-hoc responsibilities as required and assigned.

  • 5+ years of experience in multi-site management, hospitality, coworking, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Strong operational expertise, with the ability to optimize processes and drive efficiencies.
  • Customer-first mindset, with a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
  • Analytical and data-driven, able to track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace applications as well as Microsoft and Adobe.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Eligible to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or valid working visa) required.
  • Compensation

    Your Total Compensation Package includes :

  • Base Annual Compensation, with a range of $85,000.00 - $100,000.00. depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Vacation & Time Off Package.
  • Extended Health & Dental Benefits upon successful completion of a probationary period.
