We’re looking for a driven and outgoing Marketing Operations Lead with a passion for local business, live events, and dynamic media to join our fast-growing podcast and entertainment studio. This is a ground-floor opportunity to be part of something special : working directly with a stand-up comedian and creative entrepreneur who has returned to the Greater Moncton area to launch a world-class podcast studio and live comedy brand.
This hybrid role blends Sponsorship Engagement, Promotions Strategy, and Outreach Program Management into one exciting position with real earning potential and space to grow.
Key Responsibilities :
- Actively sell advertising and sponsorship packages for live events, comedy shows, and podcasts
- Build and manage relationships with local businesses for sponsorship opportunities across Moncton and surrounding Maritime markets
- Lead street team activations and community campaigns to promote events and podcasts
- Collaborate with podcast hosts and creators to develop custom partner pitches
- Conduct outreach via cold calling, email, and in-person visits to secure sponsors and advertisers
- Maintain a growing list of local, regional, and national potential sponsors
- Support executive operations for the studio including admin support, content coordination, and scheduling
- Coordinate with event venues and show producers to align sponsorship deliverables
- Represent the brand on-site at live comedy shows, studio events, and sponsor activations
- Contribute creatively to marketing and outreach ideas
