Location : Burnaby, BC
Employment Type : Full-Time
Compensation : $80,000–$130,000 annually (based on experience)

Position Overview :
Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, the Client Relationship Manager will play a key leadership role in strengthening client partnerships, guiding a high-performing team, and developing systems that support scalable service delivery. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with at least five years of experience in account management and B2B sales, along with demonstrated leadership and process development capabilities.
You’ll be supported by a strong executive team and work closely with a young, motivated, and collaborative staff ready to grow with a positive and strategic leader. This position offers excellent potential for long-term career development within the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow key healthcare client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and service excellence
- Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, overseeing all client communications, issue resolution, and service delivery
- Lead, coach, and support a small internal team to drive performance and deliver high-impact results
- Develop, document, and implement streamlined processes that improve efficiency and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams—including recruitment, operations, and leadership—to align staffing services with client needs
- Analyse client feedback and service data to identify improvement opportunities and inform growth strategies
- Conduct regular client meetings, satisfaction assessments, and performance reviews
- Maintain detailed client records and reporting through CRM systems
- Prepare and present account performance reports and team KPIs to the Chief Operations Officer
