Responsibilities :  Read and interpret blueprintsOn-site Measuring, drafting, accompany Project Manager to meet with Clients.Produce shop drawings, fabrication and installation drawingsTrack and prioritize project timelines and ensuring quality standards are metOther office tasks such as ordering and maintain supplies. (CRL hardware)Qualifications : Valid G2 / G Drivers LicenceExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Portuguese is an asset) 3+ years of relevant experience.2-year technical degree required.Proficient in 2D and / or 3D CAD using platforms such as Microstation and / or AutoCAD.Knowledgeable of steel detailing practices and applicable standard industry conventions.Possesses skills in geometry, trigonometry, unit conversions, quantity take-offs and basic bills of material.Proficient verbal and written communication skills.TEKLA experience an asset. Applicants must have a G2 driver's license or higher, proficient in operating Office software, and preference will be given to those with academic or professional experience in architectural design.There will be a probationary training period of 1-3 months with only basic hourly pay.
