Gestionnaire Intelligence d'Affaires
Nous recherchons un Gestionnaire Intelligence d'Affaires expérimenté pour diriger notre équipe d'analystes et de développeurs BI.
Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience avec les technologies BI de Microsoft, dont Fabric, Power BI, SQL, ainsi qu'en SSRS, SSAS et SSIS. Il devra démontrer une capacité à transformer des données en informations exploitables pour soutenir la prise de décision stratégique. Il devra également maximiser la contribution des membres de son équipe d’analystes.
Responsabilités :
- Diriger et encadrer une équipe d'analystes et de développeurs BI.
- Concevoir, développer et maintenir des solutions BI utilisant MS Fabric, Power BI, SQL, SSRS, SSAS et SSIS.
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour comprendre leurs besoins en matière de données et fournir des solutions adaptées.
- Assurer la qualité et l'intégrité des données à travers des processus de validation rigoureux.
- Produire des rapports et des tableaux de bord interactifs pour visualiser les données et les tendances.
- Effectuer un contrôle de qualité des livrables de l’équipe.
- Former et soutenir les utilisateurs finaux dans l'utilisation des outils BI.
- Suivre les tendances et les meilleures pratiques en matière de BI pour améliorer continuellement les processus et les outils.
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire de chef d'équipe ou de gestionnaire BI.
- 10 à 15 ans d'expérience en technologies de l'information.
- Maîtrise des technologies MS Fabric, Power BI, SQL, SSRS, SSAS et SSIS.
- Excellentes compétences en gestion Agile et en leadership.
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec des équipes techniques et non techniques.
- Esprit analytique et souci du détail.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à gérer plusieurs priorités.

- Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts and developers.
- Design, develop and maintain BI solutions using MS Fabric, Power BI, SQL, SSRS, SSAS and SSIS.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous validation processes.
- Produce interactive reports and dashboards to visualize data and trends.
- Perform quality control on team deliverables.
- Train and support end-users in the use of BI tools.
- Monitor BI trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and tools.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar team leader or BI manager role.
- 10 to 15 years' experience in information technology.
- Proficiency in MS Fabric, Power BI, SQL, SSRS, SSAS and SSIS.
- Excellent Agile management and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to lead our team of BI analysts and developers.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Microsoft BI technologies, including Fabric, Power BI, SQL, as well as SSRS, SSAS and SSIS. He / she will demonstrate an ability to transform data into actionable information to support strategic decision-making. He / she will also need to maximize the contribution of his / her team of analysts.
