The successful candidate
will possess strong Catholic Christian leadership skills, be well versed in the Alberta secondary education system, be familiar with marketing, communications and social media, proficient in the use of technology, and bring a high level of successful human services experience to the organization. Your proven collaboration and relationship-building skills involving a range of stakeholders will directly contribute to your success in this role.The International Assistant will be responsible for : Supporting the International team in all aspects of the program Building relationships and interacting with students, parents, international agents and consultants, suppliers, local partner organizations Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing, communications and online strategies to facilitate stakeholder communications and support program growth Assisting with the creation of initiatives that facilitate engagement with all stakeholders and in particular members of our International community Coordinating and participating in International events Overseeing the development and implementation of the International Student Ambassador Program Assisting in creating and maintaining documentation including preparing, monitoring, and updating reports and projects required to fulfill program objectives Other duties that may arise due to program needs Further qualifications : Diploma or degree in business, marketing, or education and experience in business or human services organizations Able to work independently in a team environment Be proactive and have effective problem-solving skills Ability for flexible work schedule Vulnerable sector record check Child Intervention Check This position will commence on August 27, 2024, until June 27, 2025.
