This leadership role involves overseeing our in-house paid initiatives, demanding extensive experience in performance marketing, a strong analytical approach, and a proven track record of operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership and Execution : Oversee the strategic planning and execution of all : paid search, paid social, and ABM campaigns, ensuring they align with the company's growth and sales strategies.Continuously improve performance by benchmarking against industry standards and implementing best practices in performance marketing.Flawless management of substantial marketing budgets, ensuring every dollar is allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.Confident in proposing solutions and making optimization decisions that continually enhance campaign performance and operational effectiveness.Always on top of industry changes and advancements, ensuring that strategies and tactics remain ahead of the curve Advanced Campaign Management : Lead the campaign lifecycle from strategic planning, budget allocation, creative direction, execution, to detailed performance analysis.Comfortable and proficient with living inside platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta.Leverage all available data to improve campaign performance (i.e. intent).Spearhead our ABM efforts, integrating sophisticated targeting and personalization tactics to engage key accounts effectively. Cross-functional Collaboration and Influence : Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Marketing and Sales to ensure a unified approach.Serve as the senior point of person for all paid media inquiries, driving strategic discussions and decisions that enhance alignment and deliver on business goals.
