Role Title : Administrative Assistant - Junior

Work Style : Hybrid – 3 days per week – Tuesday and Thursday mandatory

Anticipated Start Date : March 107 2025

End Date : December 31, 2025

Pay rate range : $18.50

Advantages

Responsibilities

  • Key point of contact for business with customers at reception, on the phone and through general email.
  • Directing phone calls / taking messages
  • Provides mail, fax & courier support to office, along with general office oversight
  • Support the on boarding & termination process for staff and advisors (example : providing / collecting (mailbox keys, and access badges)
  • Performs basic reporting for leadership and team as required
  • General business support (forms, inquiries)
  • Sending client payments to the corporate office
  • Assist with other support functions as required
  • Light packing of office files
  • Qualifications

  • Post secondary education
  • Excellent time management and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft suite
