Job Summary
Reporting to the Principal Investigator, the Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the AI Institute. This includes enhancing the visibility of the Institute’s initiatives, improving its online presence, and providing logistical support to the team. If you are passionate about AI, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in dynamic environments, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve and maintain the AI Institute website , ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging. This includes managing blog posts, mailing lists, and potentially other external communications, including video in collaboration with the Faculty of Computer Science Communications and Marketing team.
- Schedule and organize Institute meetings, including internal research meetings, external advisory board discussions, and outreach events.
- Develop and implement new administrative processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Institute’s operations.
- Coordinate between different partners, managing key documents, and ensuring projects move forward smoothly.
