We are seeking a detailed-oriented and proactive Human Resource Assistant to support the daily operations of our Human Resource department. This role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies. The assistant will work closely with the Human Resource manager and team to ensure smooth HR processes and provide excellent support to employees.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, has strong communication skills, and is eager to grow within the HR field. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands on HR experience in fast paced work environment.
Advantages
Salary - $45,000 - $55,000
Work days - Mon - Fri - 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities
Assist with Job postings , screening, resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
Maintain and update employee files, HR database, and documentation
HR compliance and Policy support. Ensure HR processing align with company policies and labor laws
Training and development Coordination.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and HR software within a team
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
