Job descriptionSchedule and manage social media posts across several platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc). Create and maintain a content calendar Take marketing photos Design content using Canva (or whatever software you are familiar with) Monitor and engage with comments and messages across platforms Assist with other marketing initiatives as the role expands Have some prior marketing experience, preferably in content creation or social media. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools is a plus but is not required. Strong communication skills Consistency - Posting frequency and adherence to the content calendar. Engagement – Growth in social media interactions (likes, comments, shares, followers) Content Quality – Creativity, visual appeal, and effectiveness of marketing materials Organization & Efficiency – Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain structured workflows. Proactive Contribution – Bringing new ideas to improve content strategy and engagement.
