POSITION DESCRIPTION :

Les Tours Angrignon, a warm private residence for seniors, has an opportunity for a nursing assistant, a permanent full-time position.

Day or evening schedule. Full time.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

Notify the nurse and / or health services manager of any changes observed in the health status of residents

Health Care

Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and the codes of ethics

Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations

Create and maintain metuculous notes in the residents Dossier in accordance with the requirements of the Ordre des Infirmiers et Infirmières auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ)

Promote and advocate for proactive care among residents

Respond to all emergency situations

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :

A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in health care assistance, nursing

PDSB training

Up to date CPR / AED training certificates

Member of the OIIAQ
