Job Duties / Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)
Job Duties Job Duties 1. Evaluate and record student progress with the use of assessments, assignments, and observations in accordance with program and institute guidelines.
2. Provide appropriate evaluation, assessment, and feedback to students.
3. Respond to curriculum / course demands and make necessary adjustments according to learner needs such as adult learning principles.
4. Be reflective of and responsive to accommodation of special learning needs including equity groups and diverse learners.
5. Work cooperatively in an interdependent team environment.
6. Follow policies and procedures adopted by Saskatchewan Polytechnic. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE Description Required Qualifications 1. Recognized relevant four-year degree (Bachelor of Social Work, Bachelor of Indigenous Social Work, Bachelor of Education Degree) or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
2. Two years recent and relevant work experience working with services to individuals with varying abilities.
3. Able to function as a team member in an ever-changing environment.
4. Demonstrated competence and recent experience in the use of the internet, e-mail, MS Office Suite software and the ability to learn and adapt to changing technology.
